As part of our Company Goals, we believe in giving back to the community at large and to our valued customers. To help us do that we have developed partnerships with the City of Alexandria and Senior Services of Alexandria to provide discounted taxi service for our seniors and others in our community with demonstrated need. We are also establishing a Frequent Rider program for our regular customers to reward them for their patronage.

| Super Summer/Super Seniors!
Alexandria Union Cab Company is proud to join with Senior Services of Alexandria to provide a reduced fee pilot program for our seniors this summer: Super Summer/Super Seniors!
Super Summer/Super Seniors will provide discounted taxi service every Saturday in June, July and August from 9 – 5 for seniors registered with Senior Services of Alexandria .
Super Summer/Super Seniors will enable seniors with demonstrated need to enhance their quality of life by accessing Alexandria’s many amenities with less cost: museums, restaurants, theaters, and cultural affairs to name a few.

Share the Fare!
Many Alexandrians depend on taxi service for emergencies or to go to work, school and shopping because they cannot afford a personal car. AUC has partnered with the City of Alexandria to distribute donations made by our riders for Alexandria residents with demonstrated need. Soon, you will be able to make contributions with each cab ride you take with Alexandria Union Cab and on-line.

Annual Community Service Awards
Each year Alexandria Union Cab will distribute Community Service Awards to Alexandria organizations providing exemplary service. Awareness can be non-profits, city agencies and schools. This year Alexandria Union Cab will award $500 to:
• Jefferson Houston Elementary School
• Maury Elementary School
• Christ House
• Carpenters Shelter
• City Shelter
The ceremony will be held on June 25, 200 at 4:00 PM at Alexandria Union Cab, 3801 Mount Vernon Avenue, Alexandria, VA. All are welcomed.
