Driver Performance Standards
Drivers will achieve Customer Service Certification annually. Drivers will maintain their vehicle in proper working order, clean and clutter-free. Drivers will be neat and professionally attired. Drivers will be respectful of passengers right to a quiet ride free of distractions. Drivers will participate in at least 100 hours of community service annually. Drivers and company will never discriminate and will treat all passengers fairly.
