Driver Performance Standards

•  Drivers will achieve Customer Service Certification annually.

•  Drivers will maintain their vehicle in proper working order, clean and clutter-free.

•  Drivers will be neat and professionally attired.

•  Drivers will be respectful of passenger’s right to a quiet ride free of distractions.

•  Drivers will participate in at least 100 hours of community service annually.

•  Drivers and company will never discriminate and will treat all passengers fairly.
